I got myself a trial version of Photoshop and I just made my first graphic! What do you think? I'm not advanced or anything, but it's a start be good to yourself, Allyson

In the photoshop there an option that says Filters, like blur and stuff like that

Re: Filters. whatever you do, at all costs, STAY AWAY FROM THE LENS FLARE. And the clouds. (They scream cheesy. ) Filters can be very tempting to new photoshop users, but my advice is to use the fancy render/artistic/heavy manipulating ones are sparing as possible. Simple things like blur, noise, mosaic.. those are more my speed, personally, though I rarely use filters other than Gaussian Blur. Love, Your friendly neighborhood design geek.

I actually found clous very good, as a base for lots of other filters... I personally love them.
